INFORMATION NOTICE FOR DONORS

This notice is provided to donors of Aps Vajne, whether natural persons or individuals acting on behalf of legal entities, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data Controller
The data controller for donors’ personal data, for the purposes described below, is A.P.S. Vajne, based in Via Baldissero, 21 – Vidracco (TO), represented by its legal representative pro tempore.

Aps Vajne has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Source of Data
The personal data processed are those voluntarily provided by the donor when making a donation, through online or paper forms or questionnaires.

Purpose of Processing
The personal data are processed for the receipt of liberal donations to Aps Vajne, in particular for fiscal, administrative, and organizational purposes related to the donation.

Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject. Some processing is carried out based on the legitimate interest of the Controller (pursuit of statutory purposes).

Data Recipients
Personal data processed by the Controller will not be disclosed or made available to unspecified third parties in any form.
However, they may be communicated to employees, collaborators, or volunteers working on behalf of Aps Vajne, and—where strictly necessary—to subjects who, for administrative, fiscal, or legal compliance, provide goods or services on behalf of the association.
They may also be shared with entities legally entitled to access the data under applicable laws, regulations, or EU provisions.

Authorized staff members (employees, collaborators, or volunteers) may process the data within the limits of their duties and under the Controller’s instructions.

Data Transfer
If the Controller transfers personal data to third countries or international organizations for the purposes stated above, you will be informed whether an EU adequacy decision exists.
Aps Vajne may use cloud services; in such cases, providers are selected among those offering adequate guarantees as required by Article 46 of GDPR 679/16.

Data Retention
Personal data are stored and processed for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purposes. Afterward, they are retained, but not further processed, for the period required by civil and tax law.

Data Subject Rights
Pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Articles 15–22 of GDPR 679/16, the data subject may exercise the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and opposition to automated decision-making.
Requests may be sent to Aps Vajne at the address above or by email to apsvajne@damanhur.org, specifying the subject of the request, the right being exercised, and attaching a copy of an identity document.

Withdrawal of Consent
Under Article 7 of GDPR 679/16, the data subject may withdraw consent at any time.
However, the processing described in this notice remains lawful even without consent, as it is necessary for the performance of the donation contract or for fulfilling the donor’s requests.

Complaints
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of their country of residence.

Refusal to Provide Data
Providing personal data for donations is always voluntary.
However, failure to provide the necessary data required by law will make it impossible to complete the donation.

Automated Decision-Making
The Controller does not perform any automated decision-making processes involving donors’ personal data.
