PRIVACY POLICY of APS VAJNE and the Joint Controllers for the processing of personal data

Confirming the ongoing commitment to keep data protected and to ensure maximum transparency about how it is processed and kept secure, Aps Vajne and the other Joint Controllers have aligned with GDPR 679/16 (EU General Data Protection Regulation) and have updated their privacy notices in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of GDPR 679/16.

Identity of the Joint Controllers
Aps Vajne, Dhora srl impresa sociale, Aps Talej net, Associazione Damanhur Alchemy School, Associazione Templi dell’Umanità, and Selet srl (all with registered office at Via Baldissero, 21, Vidracco – TO) operate, each within their respective functions and competencies, to support individuals who visit or wish to learn about the Damanhur Community and its Temples and who request information, services, and goods, or who wish to participate in cultural or training experiences. They can register at first access with one of the joint controllers and do not need to repeat registration, which most users have reported as inconvenient. In practice, to access a service, such as a visit, several companies and/or associations may provide services in sequence, sharing the same purposes and using the same tools for processing the personal data of data subjects.

The above-mentioned companies and associations act as joint controllers of personal data processing, through their legal representatives pro tempore, based on an internal agreement concluded pursuant to Article 26 of GDPR 679/16. At the first contact with the data subject, each Joint Controller must provide, either directly or through Dhora srl impresa sociale or another Joint Controller, an information notice on the processing of personal data.

Dhora srl impresa sociale coordinates the compliance activities for the personal data processing for which it is a joint controller, as it has the human, technological, and organizational resources typical of a social enterprise managing multiple heterogeneous operational units.

Aps Vajne is responsible for responding to data subjects when the exercise of rights concerns Aps Vajne only, while Dhora srl impresa sociale is responsible for responding to data subjects when the exercise of rights concerns the Joint Controllers.

The Joint Controllers ensure the security, confidentiality, and protection of the personal data they hold at every stage of the processing lifecycle.

A Data Protection Officer has been appointed and is domiciled for this role at the headquarters of Aps Vajne, Via Baldissero, 21, Vidracco (TO). The DPO can be reached there or contacted via email at dpo@dhora.it.
